KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for interacting with client accounting staff regarding relevant tax matters, and reviewing corporate, partnership, s-corp, and individual tax returns. Working with senior management to develop strong client relationships and promote new business opportunities. Supervise staff development through feedback, mentoring, and performance reviews. Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities, preparation and review of client tax calculations, researching of various tax issues and composing memorandum, management of client tax relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least five years of tax experience in public accounting a CPA and Bachelor's in accounting required. MST a plus. Multi-state experience is a plus. Must be able to manage client relationships, multiple projects and deadlines. Must have dynamic interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with senior management, staff, and clients, demonstrate ability to work independently. Requires strong technical and analytical skills and demonstrate good judgment in dealing with client issues.
