Sr. Recruitment Analyst

Develop and provide Guest/client focused, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and diagnostic analyses of business issues for both the Disneyland Resort Site Recruitment team and Segment Recruitment team. Optimize system usage to support management reporting objectives and enhance operating results.

Provide value added reporting and analysis to facilitate strategic business decisions and improve performance results. Develop relationships with department managers (Recruitment, HR Finance, Workforce Planning) to ensure integration and connection of information. Identify and analyze trends to facilitate business decisions. Serve as an internal consultant to recruitment leadership.

FY08 Hiring Forecast:
Capture the FY08 Hiring Forecast into a usable format; Analyze data and identify areas of inconsistency and opportunity;
Develop FY08 Hiring/Offers Forecast TREND report; produce in a timely manner ongoing?

Support the Recruitment operation as participant, partner, and leader.

Be a leader to Recruitment Analyst and Intern and train and coach as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration or finance.
