The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will play a key role in Kohler's World Class manufacturing facility of 1,300 associates in Brownwood, Texas. This position is accountable for providing leadership and technical guidance for the identification, planning and execution of plant maintenance, engineering, quality and ISO programs consistent with sound engineering practices and company policies so the plant facility will operate without interruption and will meet its production objectives.

This position provides the opportunity to:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably an Engineering degree, with eight or more years of work experience or advanced technical degree with 10 or more years work experience in a manufacturing operation.
