Description:
1 Casual Part Time position available for evening and nights and weekends and holidays as needed. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position. Performs other duties as assigned bymanagement. Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient case and efficient hospital operations at all levels and throughout the hospital, through effective management and monitoring of the activities of personnel and utilization of resources during his/her assigned shift In the absence of the senior management team, the house supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and timely notification of the administrator on-call or other appropriate personnel. The house supervisor is administratively responsible for all aspects of hospital operations in the absence of AOC.

Experience:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current Maryland licensor. Current CPR and ACLS certification. Experience: Sufficient clinical experience in acute care nursing with demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal relationship skills; exhibits diplomacy. Good critical thinking and problem solving. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and efficiently in crisis situation (includes emergencies, incident resolution).
