Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating and scheduling meetings with business partners. Filing and contract management Coordinating travel and expense documentation Task tracking to ensure project management Material management for distribution of ABC Family sample merchandise, sampler DVD’s and trailers, scripts Later, he or she will be involved in basic analysis using Excel and assisting with Powerpoint presentations (If not already trained, proper training with Excel and Powerpoint will be provided) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree desired 3+ years of experience in related field Must know MS Word Not required but would strongly prefer candidate with experience or propensity to learn Excel and Powerpoint
