The assisting phase of the role until conclusion of the operative procedure. The RNFA is also involved in providing personalized patient care for the preoperative and postoperative phases by using the preoperative nursing process to plan and implement patient care and education.<br>

Experience:
Current RN license in the state of CA. Maintain current CPR certification. Must be credential through medical staff as allied health provider. (Requirements found in AORN standards of practice.)
