Hospital in southeast VA is looking for 2 Full-time Clinical pharmacists for Night Shift<br><br>Responsibilities:<br> Oversee all activities of the department pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with federal, state and local laws and in compliance with the requirements of the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. <br> Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures and protocols. <br> Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department. <br> Proficiency in information systems including clinical information system, automated dispensing system, and vault management system.<br> May work 7on-7off <br> $10 shift differential.<br>
