L&D Manager II
Location:  Must be based out of a major BSC location (preferably MN or MA)
Purpose Statement
L&D exists to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness, and to build workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance and the quality of patient care.  This is accomplished by effectively developing relevant and timely leadership and organizational interventions, and by leading and managing the end-to-end life cycle of a learning process so as to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, personalized and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities

Leads the design, development and implementation of leadership and professional development solutions that cross business, functional and geographic boundaries.
Delivers/facilitates key programs and coaches participants.
Manages the content and end-to-end learning life cycle processes for a variety of development programs and tools.
May coach and/or lead other L&D staff or non L&D team members on various aspects of the L&D lifecycle and/or program design.
Helps to foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Experience Required

QualificationsBachelors Degree (Master's preferred) in adult learning, org development or related field. Must also have 8 years+ experience implementing effective needs analysis, as well as designing, developing, facilitating, implementing and measuring leadership and professional development solutions. Extensive consulting, coaching and influencing skills required. Must have global experience designing and implementing programs. Must be able to effectively work with and influence senior leaders across the organization, as well as other stakeholders at all levels. Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. 30-40% travel required. (Domestic and International)
