Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the Manager of Leadership Development on a project supporting Employee and Talent Development. They need help to support a new program to facilitate job rotation participants as they move through a variety of departments, assessments, assignments and training activities.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
? Experience: 1-3 Yrs experience supporting large program initiatives
? Experience working with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
? Strong leadership skills
? Strong interpersonal, teamwork and client service skills
? Strategic thinking
? Strong analytical skills
? Ability to work in a flexible, team environment, which is a collection of various internal employees, stakeholders and contractors.
? Work with minimal supervision; deal with aggressive deadlines and changing requirements
