Major key player in the Down Town Los Angeles are is actively interviewing for 3 IT Help Desk opportunities due to massive growth, and expansion. As the trusted, and selected individuals, you will be appointed to execute the following responsibilities: Assist external clients by troubleshooting the CNB application, installing software, providing technical support to e-deposit conversion clients. May require remoting into client?s desktops. Selected individuals will need basic technical skills, the ability to perform desktop troubleshooting on Mac and Windows (7/8/10), Troubleshoot browser issues, and basic network connection.
