Job Description

Responsible for the efficient and accurate production of Soup and Sauce products, while maintaining superior quality standards that meet customer requirements. Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable. Must adhere to all GMP's, SOP's and all Food Safety Policies.

  • Adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures
  • Monitoring Critical Control Points(CCP's)
  • Trained in HACCP and adhere to approved HACCP
  • Responsible for specific inventory control
  • Able to follow recipes and controlled temp kettles
  • Mathematical skills for reading and utilizing proper measurements¬†
