Job Description


Responsible for assisting the Vice President of Risk
Management in administering the risk management program on a day-to-day basis, managing and analyzing risk management data, conducting risk management programs and training, complying with risk management related standards (OSHA and other regulatory agencies) with the objective of enhancing field knowledge and promoting employee safety. This individual participates in the process of formulating and implementing risk management policies/procedures. Responsible in assisting the Risk Management in reviewing contracts. Help minimize Worker?s Compensation losses by
managing safety risks in the workplace.


? Provides worker?s compensation codes to the field.
? Conducts research, compile data and prepare risk analysis report job order
? Audits workers? compensation codes for branch offices.
? Answer field inquiries regarding worker?s compensation issues.
? Promote workplace safety to field staff
? Processes certificate of insurance request received from the field.
? Plan, organize, develop and implement various required occupational safety
? Develop, review and revise written safety related plans, including but not limited, to company's Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP).
? Coordinate or lead training related to employee safety and benefit/risk analysis.
? Conduct on-going branch audits to determine failures in the review/approval
process that might lead to a safety hazard. Performs spot checks of active/inactive orders to determine red flags.
? Conducts research, compile data and prepare risk analysis report job order
? Responsible for making sure that every branch meets State and Federal OSHA requirements as it relates to procedures, 300 logs, programs, postings and etc.


? Respond to queries relevant to the company's safety procedures/policies, OSHA
and other regulatory agencies laws and/or regulations.
? Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
