Job Description

Maintain Clear and to the point Communications between you and Temp employees
Responsible for Clear Communication between Client On-Site Manager, Branch Manager, and/or Corporate
Maintain Organized and Clean Office work space
Ensure employee files are maintained in company Database
Must be able to Communicate with Site Supervisor about issues and develop plan to handle these said issues
Oversee employee On Boarding process
Must have excellent Administrative skills
Proficient with various Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word etc...
Responsible for creating, updating, and submitting reports to Branch Manager
Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish), but not necessary
