Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Order Processing Customer Service Representative! We are a great company offering stability and a fast-paced work environment. This CSR will provide exceptional customer service to our B2B customers. Duties will range from order entry, follow up, answering questions, order processing, troubleshooting, returns (RMAs), tracking shipments, inventory, etc.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of B2B CSR experience in a high-volume environment a must
* ERP or e-commerce experience preferred
* A college degree in business or related field is a plus
