Job Description

An exciting opportunity just became available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work for a highly regarded healthcare company. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls from patients and assist with resolving their billing inquires. This is a full-time remote position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Pay: $17/hr

Must have:

1. Call Center experience
2. Professionalism
3. Decent work tenure


? High school diploma or equivalent
? Home internet required with a minimum of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload speed
? Experience in a call center or customer-oriented environment
? Excellent customer service skills required
? Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents
? Proficient MS Office skills
? Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
? Excellent written communications and organizational skills
? Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Flexible; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
? Able to work in a team environment
