Job Description

This Sr Director Product Manager -Lead the COMPANY's product management team to ensure that our products and services conform to our company mission statement and continue to lead the industry now and in the future.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential functions/duties:
? Management of product management team including hiring, training, communication of strategy, and all HR related matters.
? Manage product roadmap. Use industry experience, customer feedback, product/support data, competitive intelligence, and understanding of the trend of our technology to propose new hardware, software and service
? PL Management of hardware, software, and services including but not limited to: Pricing, programs, promotions, sales analysis, forecasting, and budget planning
? Ensure professional product launches that are on-time, complete, and conform to the product specifications including target user expectations.
? Write and execute product business plans for new launches
? Work with the marketing team to ensure that marketing demand creation content is focused on articulating our product features, advantages, and benefits connected to real-world customer applications.
? Work with sales team to ensure that product management strategy and activities are aligned with sales strategy.
? Work with business development team to ensure that product and business strategy are aligned with partners.
? Help the company achieve thematic goals as outlined by the CEO.
? Work with PFU Limited to ensure that they understand our customer requirements and market.
? Work with PFU Limited to create mid-term product strategy. Use industry experience, customer feedback/data, market data and technology trend in United States
? Work with PFU Limited gather information about our products and strategies while sharing information with department heads to support their activities which need said information.
? Closely monitor all areas of responsibility and update management weekly on the status of each project via the Weekly Status Report.


Qualifications:

Educational/Work Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
? A minimum of seven years management experience with proven success of team leadership.
? A minimum of seven years of document scanner experience including technical product knowledge of hardware and software technology.


Skills/Abilities:
? Must have a thorough understanding of market, pricing and technology trends
? Strong ability to analyze data from multiple sources in order to set strategies and countermeasures for further growth
? Strong ability to manage the projects to deliver all materials on time
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with all individuals that are highly technical as well as non-technical.
? Problem solving skills
? Ability to lead groups in and outside of PM organization
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
? Proficient in Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
